How TechSeva selects interns β€” a quick overview.

At TechSeva we look for passion, learning potential and practical fit. Our selection is a mix of resume review, quick skill checks, and a short interview where we discuss your projects and how you think through problems. Below is what to expect and how to prepare.

1. Resume Review
We screen for relevant coursework, projects, and clarity β€” highlight your strongest project.
2. Quick Skill Check
A short quiz or task (client-side) helps us understand basics β€” you may see a 5–10 minute quick quiz for your role.
3. Short Interview
A 15–25 minute conversation with a mentor β€” we talk about your project, learning goals, and next steps.

What to prepare

  • One project/demo you can walk us through (GitHub link or live URL).
  • Briefly explain the problem you solved and your role.
  • Be ready for a short, practical question related to the role.

Selection timeline

  1. We review applications within 3–5 business days.
  2. Shortlisted candidates receive a scheduling link (the button below).
  3. Final decisions announced within 5–7 days after interview.

Click Schedule Interview to pick a slot (popup), or double-click the button to open an inline scheduler on this page. We recommend keeping your resume and project link ready during the chat.

Requirements

  • Personal laptop or desktop
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Basic skills related to the role (HTML/CSS/JS for web, design basics for UI/UX, etc.)
  • Availability ~1–2 hours per day (flexible)
  • Good communication and willingness to learn

Offer Letter (Sample)

What is an Offer Letter?

An Offer Letter from TechSeva is the formal written confirmation that you have been selected for an internship. It clearly states your role, start date, duration, stipend or compensation (if applicable), assigned mentor, and the steps required to accept the offer.

How the process works

  1. Selection: Candidates are shortlisted based on application materials and interviews.
  2. Offer preparation: HR and the assigned mentor finalize the offer details (role, duration, stipend and any conditions).
  3. Delivery: The Offer Letter is sent by email and made available on your internship portal for download and printing.
  4. Acceptance: Confirm your acceptance by replying to the offer email or using the portal’s Accept button within the stated deadline (typically 3–7 days).
  5. Onboarding: After acceptance and document submission, HR shares onboarding instructions, your first-day schedule and mentor contact details.

If you have any questions about the offer (stipend, start date, or documentation), contact our HR team at info@techsevasolutions.com or +91‑94700‑74183.

Virtual Intern ID Card

When you receive your Virtual Intern ID Card

Selected candidates receive an official Virtual Intern ID Card after completing the full selection and onboarding process: application review, any role-specific assessments, the interview, issuance and acceptance of the Offer Letter, and submission of required documents. The digital ID is issued once onboarding is complete and includes details such as your name, role, internship dates, mentor, and a QR code for quick verification.

  • Issued after: Offer letter acceptance and completion of onboarding steps.
  • Includes: Your name, role, internship dates, mentor name, and a QR code for quick verification.
  • Uses: Verification with TechSeva, access to intern-only resources, and proof of affiliation during the internship.

Keep your virtual ID safe β€” you can download it below or present it during mentor sessions and client-facing tasks. If you need a reissue, contact HR at info@techsevasolutions.com.

Internship Certificate

TechSeva Achievement Certificate

After successfully completing the internship and building multiple real projects, TechSeva awards an official Achievement Certificate. This certificate verifies hands-on experience with real client work β€” making it easier to get jobs or internships later.

  • Real projects: Earned after completing project milestones and reviews.
  • Useful for hiring: Helps recruiters validate practical experience.
  • Recommendation letters: Top performers may receive LORs on request.
